Day wise Travel Itinerary
Day 1Chandigarh – Shimla (115 kms/3 hrs)
Upon your arrival at the Chandigarh airport, drive to Shimla. Shimla, a very popular holiday-retreat is well-known for its Victorian architecture, which is reflected in certain areas of the Mall Road and the Ridge. It is also a famous holiday spot for honeymoon. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 2 Shimla – Local Sightseeing , Shimla to Manali (9-10 hrs/272 km)
Shimla, a very popular holiday-retreat is well-known for its Victorian architecture, which is reflected in certain areas of the Mall and The Ridge. It is also a famous holiday spot for honeymoon. Today, go for local sightseeing tour of shimla including Shimla Church, Scandal Point, Gaiety Theatre, Town hall shopping. Post this leave for Manali, reach hotel and overnight stay at hotel..
Day 03 Manali – Local sightseeing
After breakfast, take a half day local sightseeing of Manali, visiting the 450 years old Hadimba temple, Manu Temple, and Club House. Visit the Tibetan Monastery and the handicraft center and the picturesque village of Vashisht known for its hot sulphur springs. Have dinner and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 04 Manali to Solang to Manali (Without Rohtang Pass.)
Today get ready for the most exciting part of your tour. This morning you will visit Solang valley, famous for its high Ski lift and spectacular views of glaciers and snow-capped mountains. You enjoy in sollang Paragliding . Overnight in Hotel at Manali
Day 05 Manali to Dharamshala
Early morning starts your tour to Dharamshala from Manali. The total road distance is 235 kilometres this could be covered in 7 to 8 hours. Road would pass in between beautiful terrains of Kangra Valley. Arrive hotel and have the rest. Covers the local area of attraction at Dharamshala covering Dal lake, Mcleodganj, St. Jonn Church and Kangra art museum. Have a visit to the Bagsunag temple. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Dharamshala with the front gaze of Dauladhar ranges. Night halt in Dharamshala.
Day 06 Dharamshala to Dalhousie
After Breakfast check out from hotel. Drive to Dalhousie. Dalhousie is situated at 2039 mts in the outer slopes of the Dhaula Dhar range with its natural beauty and natural surroundings. Arrive & transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Night stay in Dalhousie.
Day 07 Dalhousie Khajjiar
Morning drive to Khajjiar, one of the most scenic saucer shaped Plateau and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests, its beauty has further been enhanced by a small lake in the center. This place is also called the Switzerland of India and a stone brought from Switzerland has been installed here. Return to Dalhousie in the evening..
Day 08 Dalhousie Amritsar
Checkout from Hotel in the morning and drive to Amritsar. Travel time 4 hours (190 Kilometers). Visit The India Pakistan Wagha Border in the evening. Night stay at Hotel in Amritsar.
Day 09 Amritsar Chandigarh
Local Sight seeing of the Amritsar Which includes sightseeing of Golden Temple and Jalianwala bagh. In evening the cab will drop you Chandigarh Railway Station / bus station / Airport. Amritsar Chandigarh travel time is 5 hours (230 Kilometers)
